Reduction Of Deadline To Dispose Applications In Chattisgarh
Chattisgarh State Pollution Control Board vide Notification dated 14th December 2020 has informed that it has decided to reduce the deadline for disposal of applications under Biomedical Waste Management Regulations, 2016, e-Waste Management Rules, 2016, Waste Plastic Rules, 2016 to sixty days as according to the Ease of Doing Business.
