Decisions For Effective Implementation Of Provisions Under Water Act 1974 And Air Act 1981 In Haryana
Haryana State Pollution Control Board vide Endst. No HSPCB/PLG/2020/1820-1847, has ordered to comply with the procedures prescribed in the Order for processing the cases of grant of permissions for fresh sampling and taking closure and legal action against defaulting units including the procedure for dealing with the applications for Consent To Operate (CTO) submitted by non-applicant units for the first time and action taken against such units under Air (Prevention and control of pollution) Act,1981 and Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1971.
